Bruce, I actually went to Chicago last year and the Labor Day weekend there, but I was in deep craving to find that Korean restaurant that you took me there one time before you went back to Taiwan. Chicago is definitely a beautiful city in the U.S. compare to the other top two cities (New York and Los Angeles). From White Sox to Bears, from the Loop (downtown) to Botanical Garden (in Glancoe), from Michigan Avenue to Magnificent Mile, from deep-dish pizza to Chicago-style hotdog, from Michael Jorden to Barack Obama - it's my kind of city and your kind of city!! Indeed! If you do decided to come to your city (Chicago) sometimes in the future, make sure you bring your daughter with you to show her around the places you like. I'm sure you will show her around UIC.
Do you recall the approximate location of the Korean restaurant? I remembered that we had to drive along North of Lake Shore Drive to get there...correct? Maybe in between of Lincoln Park Zoo and Northwestern University?
